We recently completed a full renovation of our West Vancouver home using Ranlak Management as our contractor. We are SO glad that we made the choice to hire them. Randall Famulak, who is the owner, was incredibly professional and easy to work with. We had a very short timeline in which to complete our project and Randall and his staff managed all the trades and kept us on schedule. He was very responsive to deal with any issues that arose and handled them promptly to avoid any delays. We received very detailed accounts every two weeks which clearly showed where we were in terms of budget and he displayed a very disciplined approach to respecting our budget limitations. All the trades he brought in were very professional, trust worthy and hard working. I wouldn't hesitate to use Ranlak in the future and to recommend them to anyone else wanting to do a renovation or build.

For most couples, building a custom-made house to their liking is probably their life dream, but it also may be the biggest expenditure. As such, they will change their minds, ask various questions till they feel that they have taken account of all the factors before they can make decisions. They need professional advice, and clear and transparent explanation from the builder, who understands the psychology of the owners and will guide them through the whole building process. When we did not agree and felt stressful with the first builder we first thought of working together with and asked Randy for help, we felt comfortable with his professional approach.
