While the remote location of this project provided unique management challenges for trades and suppliers, the results were well worth the effort. In addition to significant hardscaping, the original dock was replaced with a newly constructed 500 sq ft dock. Wood salvaged from the original was used in the construction of a set of rolling barn doors within the home, as well as the headboard in the master bedroom.
Extremely Happy With Renovation!
In 2012/13 we engaged Ranlak Management Services to do a complete studs out renovation of our Sunshine Coast home. The extensive project included a new roof design, new room layout, new doors and windows, millwork and replacement of all mechanical systems. Principal, Randy Famulak, worked tirelessly to ensure our project was well organized, cost effective, and delivered on time.
